How much does 1 credit cost?
Each credit has a value of 1 EUR. According to delivery size, you may use even fractions of credits.
Do I spend credits even if the customer doesn't pay?
No, you don't! We will charge the fee (if any) only if your customer accepts the purchase.
Can I have free credits to try Sentpaid?
Yes, you can! When you sign up for the first time on Sentpaid, you will get 5 free credits that you can immediately spend for your Premium Deliveries.
How can I buy credits?
To purchase credits, go to buy credits area in your dashboard. Here you can choose the credict package size you prefer and easily purchase it with PayPal.
How many credits can I buy?
You can buy as many credits as you need, any time. Minimum credit package size that can be purchased is 30 credits.
Do credits expire?
Credits do not expire, but if your account stay inactive for more than 2 years it will be automatically closed and you will lose all your remaining credits balance.
